Franchise tags are done. They are automatic 1-year deals, the salary is 100% guaranteed for the whole season.

@skeepe retains Eric Decker, need contract years, at least 1, no more than 5. Renegotiations are also 100% guaranteed for the season, so to cut him will cost $1000 in cap space, or $200 this year, $800 next year if done after free agency ends.
