Tahu to left centre?

Listening to Warren Ryan this evening. He states - quote - "Tahu isn't a winger. He's a left centre". He argues that Tahu has a lovely pass when he drops the right shoulder into the defence, and suggested that he and Grothe would be a monster combination. Wok should know. He coached him.

So, if that's how it pans out, where does that leave Vaealiki? Challenging Langi for the oher spot? Or challenging McKinnon at fullback.

I don't think Langi will be with us next year.

Graham, B.Smith, Vaealiki & O'Dwyer are all options for No. 3.

I like the idea of Tahu at left centre with Grothe. More dynamic.

1. McKinnon
2. Burt / Prince / Petersen
3. Vaealiki / B.Smith / Graham / O'Dwyer
4. Tahu
5. Grothe

On the Footy show this morning, Smith said one reason Tahu signed with Parramatta was because he wanted to play centre, and he'd get that oppurtunity here.

Yeah, I found that interesting, but honestly not surprising.

Tahu and Vaealiki in the centres won't be bad at all

Ive always thought Tahu is a suitable centre however at the knights he plays alongisde gidley who isnt obvisouly a wing. I think Grothe and Tahu will be a good centre combination running off Dykes

Provided Dykes isnt playing for the sharks?

yes true i dont know how we will find space legally under the cap to accomodate Dykes. I would love to see him stay. We slumped when he got injured and its a fact we have to face. He creates trys out of nothing.
