Takeover Target

Well, I couldn't pick my nose at Rosehill last saturday.

I've followed Takeover Target for a while now and it has been pretty good to me. Apart from the losing last five in a row where it has cost me heaps. So anyway, I decided it was time to sack it last saturday. So what does it do? Beats the track record carrying 59.5kgs. TT ran 0.2 of a second under the record of Lion Hunter, which carried 51.5kg.

Anyway, now that it's back to its best I'm sure it will win next start.

As long as I'm not backing it.

Certainly was a big win. I thought it may not win with the weight and a few of the others were better off with the weights.

Gapped them though!

It's running again in Brisbane on Saturday. Over 1350 metres so a bit of a query, but the weights still good and it should sh*t it in. Only problem is it'll probably be $1.50 on the tote.

I don't think he'll be that short. Big field with a few to worry him and once again he's got to carry the big weight. Most likely be a stinking hot day too! I think he can win, but he is vulnerable tomorrow...
