I just cant see how any employee can work under a dictatorship with a strict regime of greed & no forward thinking as to how it will effect our long term stability as a club that is strong, competitive & breeds on field success without raiding other clubs talents or stabbing players in the back who bleed red & green to pursue any high profile player.
In saying that i just hope that Maguire has the guts to demand full control of his coaching staff & tells Rusty & Co that if they want they job themselves then step up & do it.
