The old fashion method. :p

f**k me that looks painful. Did you have a drink or smoke something before it?

Anyways, the end result looks good.

Before the RWC years ago they did a show on one of the Samoan players.

They showed him getting a traditional tattoo which covered from his hips to knees on both legs.

I was like wtf.

Shit. Do Samoan's drink kava too? Did he have kava before it or something or was he sober?

Sober mate. It was mental.

Also saw a documentary on the Yakuza tattoos. Same deal.

I'll just stick with a regular tattoo gun.

Do you know someone who can convert it to black and white for you so you can get a look at what the shading will look like prior? My friend got steam-punk/angel style wings done and the shading did not come out as planned as he gave the artist a coloured image as opposed to black/gray shades. If you can get a rough idea of the shading you want it will help when it comes to the artist in inking it on.

I have heard a lot good about this guy in Sydney. Where a few people I know got theirs and if my physical health permitted would get it done here. Have a read up about them. Apparently they're quite good.

Failing that, go to random backyard tattoo in Minto or Mt.Druitt. (lol)

They have to sketch on paper how they would shade it before I will let them ink me.

I've got two. One on my wrist and the whole inside of my bicep done. Not so bad, felt like a hot paper clip was being scraped over the skin.

Just booked in for 16 hours for my next one. Half sleeve with chest and shoulder blade included.

That's going to hurt.

I've met him before, he said I was "trouble" and I am pretty sure he was checking out my arse when I was walking up the stairs in front of him.

He's hilarious.

Nah not as much as I guess Dani's feet one would.
The two guys were holding me steady not down.

I don't get how the monk could tattoo that well using this method... But he did.

I've got 7 of them. After the first one I told myself ok this is alright but that should do me I don't think ill get anymore. Once it healed I was pumped for the next one. That's when I knew what people meant when they say They couldnt stop at one.

I found it quite unpleasant when the needle went on the curve of your bicep and forearm, would love to try the traditional method but would probably need a beer..or 10.
