Just the fact that Kevin Naquima is a walk up start every week at this joint and could barely make it on the Knights wing when they were in a rebuilding phase shows how much people who make decisions have lost the plot.

They need a cleanout on the scale of the Knights. We've just been over our squad in the Knights forum, and Dane Gagai is the only player left standing from 2014. The Tigers could do with a similar turn around. The short-mid term pain is immense, though - I'll admit that. As you said, the coach needs unwavering and total support from the board, too.

Stuart cleaned us out too. Our team for round 1 in 2014 was

1. Milford
2. Robinson
3. Croker
4. Allwood
5. Lee
6. Wighton
7. Campese
8. Tilse
9. Buttriss
10. White
11. Papalii
12. Edwards.
13. Fensom

Bench : mccrone, kennedy, vaughan and boyd.

Now down here on the family farm the coach is given a pretty good run to develop team. It seems the tigers let the players run things

Yeah true, your turnover has been huge too. A couple more gems in your squad back then at least. Sometimes you have to break a few eggs, and even let go of some talent if they won't put in for you. We're waaay behind you guys as far as development goes, we haven't been able to make the signings happen so fast unfortunately... but I do believe we've finally passed rock bottom.

There is a players culture that they run the show. It began with marshall and Farah, and the next gen are continuing the tradition. Tigpies will need to turn over some more personnel before they make any sustainable improvement.

Both were made to look stupid tonight. But on the Balmain thing, he keeps going on about it as if there's still hope for Balmain, says there's not enough Balmain influence and that he could bring in Blocker, Pearce, Garry Jack, Sirro. Hows that going to work and how do the Wests side feel about it? Isn't most of the board members independent for a reason?

I remember he kept saying "its time bring us and Magpies together and feel like one club again", but then says stuff like he said tonight.

As for Taylor, I felt this should've been done last year. If he no support of the board after the season finished, why wait till a full pre-season and then 3 rounds in?
