The solution to Cogger is to force him out the door. Which is clearly where he and Hastings are headed at the end of this year. Both are headed to SL or the scrap heap. There is no way they are conceivably thinking they are able to nail down the 7 jumper here. AOB is testing their resolve and I think he may win this time. Cos both are literally hanging by a thread. Neither wanted by anyone. Cogger may get a gig at Penrith. There have been whispers.

Yeah we’ve literally won 1 trial game in the past 5 years, don’t worry about it. Use it as an opportunity to watch them play without the usual stress and annoyance as meaningless to the table.

Not worried about the result, but our attitude in the trials last year definitely flowed into the season. Gotta have some intensity out there, or we'll walk out in round 1 still in training mode.

We’ve got basically a full strength team this week so I’d expect to see more than we did last week. That being said no point in peaking during the trials either. I just hope we get to see a proper indication of what our attack will look like with our main attacking weapons on the park.
