What I find kind of fascinating is how India brought in 2 debutants and both looked really good, right at home in the top grade... Siraj bowled with good pace and plans and did unreal for a rookie fast bowler away from home. Gill looks a star at the top of the order.

These days when we are debuting youngsters we're stoked if they can tie their shoelaces and put their helmet on unaccompanied... Green looks a prospect but he is yet to take a wicket and looked a little unsure in the field.... Batting will be a big plus but he does need to chip in with some wickets...

Used to be the other way around. Guess the balance of power and expectation has well and truly shifted...
