I disagree. I don't think Wags will be the long term 5/8th & Wise won't come in for Prince. If he does, then Smith has massive problems. I think the plan was to use Wags for the early tough 4 games of the year and give Witt & Thorman a month in Prems to hit some form and build some confidence leading into the matches with the sides that aren't seen as being quite so tough (Souths, Sharks, Cowboys, Manly). The name i'm hearing being mentioned for this weekend is.....Thorman.....sssshhhh! :-#

That's the difference between Smith and the rest of us, Smith has to think long term into the season. Lets pass final judgement on how Smith has gone for this season when it's all over. It's just possible that he might know something the rest of us don't.
Admittedly at the moment it looks like he's drawing some names out of a hat and declaring that as the run on side.
