It's not a positive... based on the criteria set by the NRL, he should not be stood down unless they believe there are extenuating circumstances. And there isnt. He allegedly committed a crime that incurs a 5 year max penalty and their criteria is 11 years. Why do they need to consider standing him down?
If they want to use the bringing the game into disrepute, then there would only be 10 teams fielding players most week.

When he scored in the last game , a player fell across the back of his ankle, at one stage he was on crutches so assume it’s at best a badly sprained ankle. Believe he could be out for a minimum 4-6 weeks.

Not enough is known yet (publically/officially) about the detail of the counts/charges, so this makes a lot of sense.

I expect the NRL to make their stance known either way after the "mention" of Dylan's charges in court tomorrow.

Good to see RCG named / back - we need all the help we can get at the moment.

Asi and Dunster currently on extended bench, giving us some options for team changes pending what happens with Dylan tomorrow.

Also imagine that if NRL doesn't stand Dylan down, then in the interests of welfare the club might consult with Dylan about where his heads at and give him the choice of whether to play this week - although having the game scheduled for Monday is a lot better in that respect than Thu or Fri.
