I nearly took a fit when I saw Costigan named to start in the centres. As few others have mentioned, I believe Nightingale will start at fullback with Boyd to play centre and Costigan to the bench. He appeared to get caught defending in the centres a few times agains Brisbane, at least I thought he got caught there, perhaps he was deliberately positioned there by Bennett? At any rate, he was beaten quite easily on a couple of occasions.

Costigan actually defended inside Creagh after the Broncos first try was scored last week.
The defensive line went (from the wing in) Morris, Hornby, Creagh, Costigan.

That's the way it will go again I'm sure.

Another test for Bennett.

While I liked Brownie, there were many times when he wasnt able to bring the team up for these games. Too many times we played well against a good side then dropped our intensity the following week.

Looking forward to seeing how the team backs uup against lesser opponents under Bennett.

I cant imagine Costigan getting too much centre time, in fact Id say that it was such a weakness that he hopes Daniel Anderson wastes plenty of time at training running plays in that direction.
