Last week Burt had his worst game of the season since the round 1 debacle. I've got no problems with McKinnon being there as he had a solid game but why move Burt from fullback where he was in excellent form and looking better with each game? #-o

With Thorman being the 18th man, and not listed in PL, doesn't that mean, once again, he possibly won't get any game time at all?
I understand the "18th" man for long distance road games but it's a freakin' home game. Or if it's to be a perminant thing, at least rotate it so a player gets a one week rest and a chance to heal, but not use the same player twice as "18".

If Vella drops out I like that option best. Widders is explosive off the bench and definately injects some enthusiasm in the team when he gets on. I suspect Thorman will make his debut this week, I remember Smith naming Witt 18th man when he made his debut.

After last weeks performance I have no problems with Mckinnon in the starting line up, but if your going to take Burt out of fullback put him on the wing - not the centres.

but he does not deserve to be in first grade at all....he reminds me of a cat, he gets the shit smashed out of him by other props and is does not have that rough and tough style of play that players like Morley, Webcke, Lang, Villasanti have....i would have rathered we kept Leuluai who can smash the shit out of oponents, something that Vella can not do!!
