Surprised TMM on the bench and Healy drops out. Good on TMM, willing to do some work in the forwards at dummy half or lock.

Happier with Capewell in 2nd row and 3 forwards on the bench.

Tough on Healy. I think Egan would appreciate a lesser load if they can work Healy into the rotation. Egans form turned to shit about midway through last season and never recovered. I feel like our teams go best historically when theres a hooker tandem. Back in the day when Ivan was in charge im sure that was the case.

Really interested on the Healey v TMM situation. Healey debuted and for all intents and purposes was good in that short time, then TMM takes that bench spot. We thought it was because we wanted a back reserve with Capewell playing centre, but he's not in the centres anymore and TMM is still preferred to Healey.

TMM makes no sense to me, he can cover halves and fullback. The latter is well covered, and I don’t see any sense in a half on the bench. Has he been training at dummy half, surely that’s where that bench spot has to play, as above Egan is perhaps our most important player, and needs to be in form at the business end of the year

Healey clearly the better dummy half, but TMM probably has the ability to cover more positions? He could probably play anywhere in the backline. Healey 9 and maybe 13 at a push

Maybe, but we have 3 fullbacks and Capewell for backs. I’d like to know what the thinking is, my view is the bench is for impact, not cover…
