Vete out is the rumour.

Eels have lost both Tim Mannah and Siosaia Vave - their two best props - so maaaaaybe it's ok?

Also, Marata Niukore has survived the first cut and could still make his debut against us (2 more to be cut from the bench of Beau Scott, Kenny Edwards, David Gower, Will Smith, Marata Niukore and Nathan Davis).
Far out it looks like Ma'u and Matagi starting props. Brown 2nd row and Scott running at lock. They've got a really mobile starting pack.

Don't rate their bench?

Out at the ground now, nice conditions, a little chilly. Should be some good opportunities to run the ball.

I missed the game vs the Bulldogs here in 2015, so this is the first time I've seen the Warriors play at Olympic Stadium since the grand final. Pretty amazing really...so long ago and our last finals appearance :(

[Late mail] Lillyman confirmed on bench

Jacob Lillyman will be used from the bench in the Vodafone Warriors’ 13th-round NRL encounter with the Parramatta Eels at ANZ Stadium in Sydney tonight (7.50pm kick-off local time; 9.50pm NZT).

It will be the 33-year-old’s second match in 48 hours after playing 30 minutes for the Maroons in Wednesday night’s 4-28 State of Origin loss to New South Wales in Brisbane.

He will play his 179th NRL match for the Vodafone Warriors, joining Nathaniel Roache, Sam Lisone and Albert Vete on the bench.

The starting combination is as selected 1-13 as the Vodafone Warriors seek to back up their 28-10 success over the Broncos last Saturday night.
