I watched that NSW cup match. What does TMM have to do to get picked? There are Only 4 players in the squad with GF experience. JFH, RTS, Walker and TMM. I wasn't expecting him to get picked on the back of a winning week. But must be frustrating for them.

Tauipiki v Young.
David v Goliath

Their wingers combined are well over a foot taller than ours (although that's not that unusual given they average 6'6").

Roosters have got a few guys back but still have heaps of injuries, yet somehow they still look pretty scary on paper.

The starting line-ups have some similarities imo, both forward packs look pretty strong while both sets of halves are dodgy. They still have big, athletic backs which tends to give problems, even if the likes of Toia and Nawaqanitawase are unproven, Young is mistake prone, Tupou isn't getting any younger etc. I just feel like those sorts of players have given us problems in the past.

I like our bench more even though they have an international prop, I think our superior depth/lack of injuries shows there.

Charnze also has GF experience.

I'm not too worried about their wingers. They have flaws in their game especially when under pressure. Their young centre's are a threat though.

We saw how fatigued Manly was last week, they were coming off the big performance v the Cows and thought they could just bust us on the outsides and run up a big score.

The Roosters won't do that, but I think they'll find it hard to get up for us after the physical and mental effort they put to beating the premiers.

Big test for where we're at, because we should be beating them at home.

Easts have a lot of players coming back. Not the team that got creamed in round one. They are also a bit of a bogey team for the warriors.

Having just watched last week's game I liked Niukore's angled runs. He hits the line at speed and he's big,. But, and it's a big but, he's just a bit out of form.

If, and it's been so long so it's a big if, he finds his form again then he'll be an attacking force.
