In a massive boost for the Warriors, the loan deal of prop Poasa Faamausili has been extended and Payten has praised the support of the Roosters and their coach Trent Robinson for allowing that to happen.

"He'll be here as long as they (Roosters) are injury free," Payten said.

We must be close to the unluckiest team in history re our injuries this year. Aside from all middle forwards that are out long term and the several fringe backs in the same boat, now we’ve got 2 out with head knocks. Brad Parker from Manly was gone for all money last week yet lines up for this weeks game and same with Tedesco, whose lining up. I’m all for taking extra precautions with any head knocks but on the face of it, it does seem other teams aren’t singing from the same hymn sheet.

Be interesting to see if they run Harris Tavita as hooker.....i wonder if it could be a role he suits going forward.
I hope Curran goes ok. He seems to run good lines on attack but is weak defensively.
Wish we could give a young guy a go over Beale. He seems to becoming more and more of a defensive liability.

Although Kodi has been reasonable these last 4 weeks, i can see CHT starting at 6 and Kodi starting 9 tonight. Or....... maybe after 20mins CHT comes on and they run with that spine. Lawton has only been playing but part roles and don’t see him playing much more tonight either

Watched the replay yesterday of 8th Warriors Vs 1st Storm.
Warriors beat them up a little. Took them on, caused some scuffles.
If they do that tonight, with this drastically different team mind you, theyre in with a chance.
