He straightened the attack.
In behind the ruck.
Passes direct and accurate. Jayden is normally great at this, however tonight he was not.

He made 5 runs for 23 metres. One was a dummy half run of 11. He didn’t do much in straightening the attack. Jayden was much better than Blayke last night. The attack straightened when CT and SJ started dropping runners inside.

We don't win the game if Blayke doesn't engage those forwards to send Capewell on that 35m run. Next play Dugan goes over.

Jayden doesn't do that.

Yeah, he did, that was the 11 metre run. I still don’t think he was instrumental to the win. The Sharks were all over them by then.

Morris’ catch of the bomb was more important for example. He misses they score, game over.

Broken record time....

You want a running dummy..
A guy who gets quick service..
Gets in behind slow markers..
Pinpoint kicking game...

You go cameron smith or the bunnys cook.

The best we have in these areas is Seggy.

Have we seen him do this. Yes.
For several seasons.

Have we seen him do this at the sharks.
In very small patches.
Why - because he hasnt been used properly.
Hes a starter.

Imagine buying luke lewis, sitting him on the bench for 60 minutes every single week, before sending him out for 15 and then hooking him - and then criticising the poor chant because hes not doing what he did at the pennies.

The braileys are the future.
And that's exciting to some.

But the here and now is the here and now.

Snout that summary sums up how I feel about Moylan and SJ, people slam them for not performing but our forwards lay no platform for them to work off.

Arguably 2 of the most dynamic broken ply runners playing behind a grinding pack.

It’s a rediculous waste of talent.

Uele was good last week deserved another crack. Liked the look of him playing like an angry elephant in trample mode. If he can keep that up and work on playing the ball a bit quicker he will stay in firsts for a long time.
