Kind of said Morris is left Xerri right.

I think the smart play is a rookie either side.

Xerri with Wade and Chad and Feki

Morris with Nikora and Shaun and Dugan.

But hey What ever side Morris wants he gets.

Coach said after the Raiders game he was planning to rotate them but Xerri got his HIA so that ruined that.

So I except we’ll see it on Sunday

Personally, I think Xerri was hooked and was fortunate enough to have the HIA around to cover it up. Would have been a massive blow to the kids confidence.

I reckon young gun Williams will be missing out. Has to wait for Gallen.

I think Bukuya who always gets picked for Fiji has seniority over him.

When Fifita is back, Jayson may be missing out also.

No way. BHU has earnt a start.
Woods, like Graham the last two games, can get match fitness from the bench.
When A-Fi is back Woods will be on the bench anyway.

I agree Uele has been an absolute beast, but the down side to him starting is we lose that impact he provides coming on after about 20 minutes. Part of me likes the thought of keeping him fresh and sparred from all the hard stuff at the start of the game.

Will be interesting to see how BHU goes starting, never worked for Hutch who was always great off the bench but an average starter...

I just checked this, Woodsy has only started in one game for us, and that was the prelim against Melbourne at lock, and he only started that game because Gal was out.
His last start in the front row (I know, I know, lock and front row are basically the same) was for the Dogs on June 16th last year.
I think its best to test out BHU in this game to see if he has the metal. We may need him for games later in the season, and definitely next year.

Yeah I agree,a good experiment. Give him Fifita's spot this week and push him to do Fifita minutes. Woods to come back slow and steady for a few weeks..still plenty of energy on the bench with Bukuya/Williams/Capewell (depending who drops off).

Just thinking about the bench - we have to go with:

Woods
Bukuya
Williams

AND:

Capewell as the utility...

BB & KF can make up the ‘reserves’...
Sorensen and Gray will surely drop off first...

So it turns out Billy Moore is a huge Uele fan.

Tipped him to be player of the week, called him the best young front rower in the game, superstar was used.

Big call.
