I felt sorry for Luke Brooks today. Trying his guts out but surrounded by quite a few spastics that shouldn't be anywhere near first grade.

Taupau was enormous today.
Brooks excellent.
Nofouluma needs to play centre!
Sironen is playing f**kn horrible.

We had our chance to make that happen but this f**ked up club let our try scorer go .. just a reminder he is on 18 tries and counting.

This loss is squarely on Potter.

I hate to say it but I agree. If we can't find two other centres somewhere in the club I'd be most surprised. Whoever they are they couldn't be worse than Lawrence and Lulia....woeful the pair of them. Look how these other young kids stood up today, give someone else a chance to shine.

Richards was woeful today. Put down 3 cold and was unable to finish any half chances. Lawrence was pretty bad too. Defence across the park was terrible with the Panthers marching through the middle and getting a roll on with no problems. Was always going to be the case with Woods and Farah out as they hold our ruck defence together. Luani and Lulia add nothing to the side.

Positives would be Austin showing spark in whatever position he gets thrown in. Moses and Lodge whilst not spectacular did not look out of place. Blair was good as well.

I think Richards is entitled to have an off game given how many games he's won for us. On the other hand I'm really worried about Lawrence. I don't every remember him playing so badly with such consistency before. It's getting to the point where I'd take Ayshford back over him.

While I was impressed with Lodge, Moses appears to be much like Sironen, lots of hype but nothing exceptional. With Halatau fit, there's no reason for us to see Luani in first grade again. Ava Seumanufagai played quite well for mine. Taupau and Austin were shining lights as per usual. Anasta played above average, but once Farah returns I can't see him playing unless it's in the centres.

The highlights for me were Anasta slapping Jamie Soward, Galloway's shoving tackle assist and Halatau's return.

The low lights were Lawrence's continued poor form, Richards' off game and our woeful edge defense. Someone needs to get in Kidwell's ear and see what he can do to get it sorted out, because it doesn't matter who's in our back line, our edge defense is shithouse and needs substantial work.
