I think if Uate is injured we'll see Feeney stay at fullback and Sione will move onto the wing. If Uate is fit then Gagai to fullback and Sione to the centres? Don't think we can afford to have both Uate and Feeney out of the side with our current depth- no Mamo or Chanel to slot back into the team.

Every possibility Feeney becomes the bench utility. Sione to centre with his brother. Feeney to the wing if Uate out. Feeney could be some winger with his pace. Would place he and Mamo the flanks with the Mata'Utias fighting the two centre spots. Gags at fullback.

Should he not come to dominate the no.1, this is where i see him in the long term...

For now though, id rather they committed to his development at Fullback (so potentially reserves this week).

It would seem the pressure is getting to the fans with some of the ideas about positional changes for some players.

I'd be sticking with Feeney at fullback for quite a while yet. He'll look a hundred times better if everyone else did their job right each week. Only issue for me is that Gags is obviously a better option at the moment in the position due to his experience there and the fact that he is such a horrible, horrible defender at centre that for 575K a season you just want to hide the bloke back there and accept any time he's required to make a tackle he won't.

Happy to have Feeney play fullback in reserve grade to gain some confidence. The way 1st is playing he'll keep getting pounded because support team around him isn't working. Also it solves Gags defense issue. However we do replace him with Sione, who last year had a pretty terrible time defending there as well. He needs to take some lessons from his brother.

I agree on Feeney in the reserves, I just don't think he is NRL standard atm. My team for Round 3

1. Sione Mata'utia (I like his ball playing more than Gagai and he will make good kick return meters)
2. Ross (Fill in until Mamo and Chanel are back)
3. Gagai (The way he has been defending I wouldn't mind throwing him on the wing but we lack depth in the centres, maybe Feeney?)
4. Pat Mata'utia
5. Uate (If injured bring in Tofilau for his debut)
6. Mullen
7. Hodkinson
8. Mataora (Has been decent but will need to step it up with players coming back)
9. Randell
10. Sims
11. Rochow
12. Jacob Saifiti
13. Smith
14. Levi
15. Fitzgibbon (Decent last week and I like the idea of a back rower on the bench)
16. Pauli Pauli
17. Daniel Saifiti

I would bring Snowden, Paea and Stockwell back through NSW Cup and see how they perform

Apparently snowden is going to have surgery on his neck again, same injury he had at the sharks and has troubled him since being here.

Where did you see this? Never seen him play but his stats from the first 2 rounds in 20's are pretty good. I think he's only 18 so it's surprising if he's actually playing

Surprised Uta or Donovan didn't get the nod. Never seen this new kid play but I have complete faith in Brown that there's a decent reason behind it.
