... What changes would you make? The team is settled. I'd like Williams gone but changing him isn't going to do much and we do not have someone banging down the door. Dropping DF isn't realistic and would be extremely unsettling to the squad. McInnes is who he is. Late changes to the 17 may happen like Hunt to bench and DF up front.

Our team is set until we get Toby, BHU back.

No point complaining about no changes because realistically who’s going to replace them at the moment? More concerned about a couple of them still locked up for a few more years..

We have to move Sifa to 5/8, Kafusi to center.
so you get Sifa ,Kafusi and Ronnie one side with WK coming in.
and Hynes ,Ramien and Katoa with WK, coming in.
Now I just have to move McInnes out of lock. But to be fair he tackled the Dolphins without let up last week. Ok he let two through but it was a courageous performance.

Just saw this game is Manly's Golden Eagles round - essentially their 'Old Boys' day. Will apparently be plenty of ex-Manly players there and they do a march from the leagues club before the game.

My son wants me to take him as its our local ground. Yuck.

Golden Eagles Day

Some of Manly's finest players will enjoy a lap of honour at 4 Pines Park on Sunday as part of Golden Eagles Day.

More than 70 ex-players, officials and administrators from across all grades will come together for another special day to celebrate the club's rich history.

The Golden Eagles will march from Manly Leagues Club to 4 Pines Park at 2:45pm before taking part in a lap of honour at 3.15pm.

Geez what a difference a week makes. Yeah they put in a shit effort but what’s more important is if/how they bounce back this week. If they go back to back shit-shows we have a problem. Since Fitz has coached us we haven’t lost back to back in the regular season apparently. Hopefully this trend continues.

How’s about this for the best use of Dale Fin-soup(ane). He stays in the dressing sheds and belts out some sea shanties on the lute, pre and mid game.

Inspired by great tales of yore, the team of scurvy lads bound out of said dressing rooms, heaving and gnashing, ready to give their all. He can sprint up the tunnel with them, but not place his laced boots anywhere past the sideline.

We could be up for this one after the Dolls. They have beaten plenty of teams this year with discipline and a big pack. Manly is more our size and skill level. Home ground advantage though.

No, no.
My son is a Sharks fan - not a sea eagles fan.
We just live in the Northern Beaches so it’s a big effort getting across to Cronulla. Brookvale Oval is only 15 mins away… but it’s Brookvale Oval. Ha!

his first live game was last years 40-6 win at Brooky

If you turn up and they have drums beating and Marcia Hynes singing Eagle Rock - you’re in a good thing. Years ago, one of the great wins.. down 18- zip to then rack up 46 points.
The only great thing about Brookvale is they serving of 4 Pines and not Great Northern
