Yep problem is when he gets the ball he thinks it's faster to go on all fours.

Might be a good game to see what Luke Burt can do as a 1st and second reciever later on in the game. Assuming we are well ahead of course.

I cant believe how much we've gone backwards in that comp, its a joke.

There are a few but the team is not a good team. The halves are a problem and the forwards are not very diverse.

I'd be happy to beat you blokes by a point, we'll be doing it a bit tough after playing on a sh*tty surface against arguebly the best side in the comp..

Ahem, apart from the night a few years ago when we beat them by 70. ;-)

EDIT: 2003 - Parra 74 Sharks 4. Wow that was fun that night. Jamie Lyon x) scored 5 tries IIRC.

Of course every Parra fan remembers that night.

Sh*t weather conditions, but we actually turned up against Cronulla.

I remember one try, Cayless brushed off a few defenders from his own half and ran 60m to score.

Last minute, it was their 5-8 (if i remember correctly) or Peachy. Missed from 10 infront to pretty much sum up their night.

We were 24-4 at half-time before 2 players got sent off and one player got sin-binned. Lyon scored 5 tries in the second half and Cayless scored a beautiful solo try to run through the middle of their team.

It was Michael Sullivan that tried to kick a field goal when we were 54-4 up, I remember we had the whole possession from 24-4 to 54-4.

David Peachey got sinbinned then sent off after blowin up at Hayne for the dominant tackle rule

"David, dont wave your hands at me"
"Shayne this is how i talk"

Then Dale Newton got sent off for a high shot.

Danny Nutley got binned for a strip.

So at that stage they were down to 10 men.(dont think any other team were down to that many players, apart from probably us against Newcastle in 02 when Bill lost the plot).

I must admit Hayne did have a shocker, but the Sharks were terrible regardless, too much drop ball, dumb penalties.

We have broken a few hoo-doos this year - so hopefully beating the Sharks at Parra could be another one.

First win at Brookie in how many years, first win in Townsville etc............
