He was right behind this decision, others had concerns.

Not an easy thing to do, take the captaincy away.

Heh, do a quick search of the board Mr. Angry, you might find an answer to your question. :lol:

On the surface, you can't say Thaiday has done a great job this season. However, he shouldn't have played as many games as he has with the shoulder the way it is. He's obviously not at 100%, heck, he's barely at 60% but he just has too much pride as the Broncos captain to do what's best for himself.

I'll see where he's at this time next year. Hopefully, we all have a much higher opinion.
