If he gets charges it just show how truly pathetic and piss weak the NRL is. Kickers have copped plenty worse than that all season and not even received a penalty. The Sydney centric NRL will no doubt charge him because they don't give a f**k about the game they actually only give a shit about Sydney and the pis weak broke clubs it has.
Oh, you're taking it hard.

That must be the same Sydney-centric competition that Queensland clubs work so hard to be a part of. Hey, you could always re-start the old Brisbane-centric Rugby League comp. Oh that's right, not possible while the Broncos are in town.

To update you on the rules of the game. Whether you agree with or not, tackling the kicker in the air is illegal. Outlawed for obvious reasons, it's a very dangerous ploy. Furthermore, it was clamped down on some years ago. Every club knows it.

Don't care what the judiciary do or if it goes any further, but I'd say Thaiday knows he stuffed up.

Would hardly say he was committed but a penalty should suffice. It was a strange thing to do IMO.

It was a weird game by Sam. Did some good things and some silly things and it seemed he was playing front row, dummy half, half, five-eight and centre throughout the game

Have to agree. Hopefully someone gets in his ear over the off season and explains to him that the skipper of the side doesn't have to try and do everything.

on topic.......penalty was sufficient. I think it was more of a brain snap than an intent to try and injure DCE. Given Thaiday's penchant for brain snaps, I wouldn't be surprised or offended if the MRC wanted to have a look at it.

It was definitely worth a penalty and I have to laugh at the whinging Bronco supporters claiming otherwise. Don't believe it warrants any further action though.
