From the bottom of my Sea Eagle heart, I'd like to thank Brian Smith for the following:-

1. Paying big money for Cannings and allowing us to get hold of Heckenberg at a bargain price. Heckenberg is tough, fast and a real goer and has been a major success.

2. Pissing off Jamie Lyon so much that he left Parra and WILL play with the Sea Eagles next year.

3. Allowing Shane Dunley to leave Parra and return to Manly. He's killing them off the bench.

4. Getting rid of Noel Cleal so that he could return to Manly. An absolute masterstroke for us and a poor move by Parra.
