Trusaint, there were loads of people involved - Father Ted said "about time you got off your arse!"

I totally enjoyed it tbh and I look forward to the next stage. R2K, thanks heaps. You did a marvelous job of marshaling the troops.

Message understood and clear friend.
Father is correct.
Only one way forward. I for one, am commited to this cause.
But Like Father says, actions speak louder than words.

I enjoyed it , got to talk to legions of Saints fans and it gives you a great vibe into what the average Dragon is thinking .. No wonder our crowds are down people are not happy with the front office if what I heard was correct.

There was absolutely no hawking involved. Once people saw the petition they were all over it. There were often 5 or more people waiting their turn to sign it.

Do we have a definitive answer as to why the venue changes were applied? I see a heap of assumptions made about the move to larger stadiums and the reduction in games at Kogarah and WIN, but haven't seen anything from the administration as to why this may be the case.

The Club made its decisions public prior to season kick off.
The basis, in simple terms, was guaranteed income from larger venues.
Doust implied taking "certain" games to larger venues was the way forward, which is clearly in contrast to the JV's original promise of minimum games at our home grounds.
Its an "easy out" for the board, at the cost of grass roots supporters, and in my eyes short term financial gain for longer term alienation of our fans.
