Hi there Rowdy! The French team entering ESL in 2006 will be called Perpignan, but will be under the administration of the UTC Catalan club. Next year's French season will be full of guys that want to get a start with this new team in Superleague, so I don't think it will just be a case of the existing UTC team stepping up.
