We rocked up to Newcastle round 1ish. Walked in the ground, said gday to a few people and the Tigers bus arrived. Players got off and chucked their gear in the sheds. Around 1.15 Jason Moodie is smoking a bunger behind the grandstand. Smoking. I could understand if this is a genius, actually even a half decent player.

This is a knackered old fool. What a clown. Cost us tries in both attack and defence, gave penalties away and is an utter liability. Why does Sheens insist on picking this spastic. He has cost us games already this year and almost did again today.

He brings nothing to the team or the club. What an influence `yeah boys smoke a pack of winnie reds a day like me'. Great role model. c**k

people i know jason, and yes i wouldnt say it to his face but i agree he is a has been but obviously behind the scenees and at training he does enuff to get pikd when needed, and i also know fro a fact that he doesnt smoke a pack a day and he smokes winnie golds;-) lol

hes a great bloke and maybe he is a has been, but giv the guy a break abt the smokes, the same thing happnd for us with fnichy and ppl gave him sh*t abt it whcih i thougth was totally unfair, if he wants a couple of durries before a game thats none of our buisness

Yeah the smokes obviously help him and are in no way related to him being slow, off the pace etc. League is a hard and tough enough game to play as it is, let alone at 32 or 33 let alone when you smoke before a game. He is utter garbage. Every fan can see it. Even members of the coaching staff can see it (and chuckle about his inclusion). Sheens is too stubborn to admit he signed a knackered, past it, washed up hack like moodie so will pick him til round 25 when he runs past Paul Mellor for his 2nd try of the season and Sheens will be able to justify it with a `i knew he'd come good'. He's as sh*t as ben reynolds

I agree that Moodie is well & truly past it as a first grader & I can't fathom how Sheens thinks he adds anything that is positive to the team. The smokes however have nothing to do with it. He's always been a smoker to my knowledge, & probably always snuck in a quick puff before a game somewhere. At one stage he was a decent winger even withy the habit. As for influencing the younger ones, unless he's singing the praises of nicotine & recommending cigarettes as a healthy lifestyle choice, it's a non-issue.

Also, lay off the "I was at the game, where were you?" crap. It doesn't make your opinion any more authoritative or accurate. Just makes makes you sound like a pretentious, know-all, wanker.

I dont think he's really added much at all to the team this year, Sunday showed us the pace he's lost when he was put in to the clear....I wouldnt pick him in my team and Im glad Sheens has dropped him this week, that said I think the criticism of him here is over the top, nothing new as far as mullis concerned, an embarrasment & disgrace i think not, he missed a tackle or two, gave away a penalty, ....not like its never been done before. He smokes, big deal...so do many people....talking like hes shooting up behind the amenities block. :roll:
And chopsy, someone had to play wing when Fitzy went to Fullback to cover macca who went off with rib injury.
