She sure was.
I don't like her at all due to her communication through horse ownership and her feedback about how horses are going and what their potential is. Spent a fair bit of dough on one that she claimed was good but needed time. Only made it to the track once and was tailed off. When they said they wanted to get rid of it, they claimed none of the jockeys wanted to ride it because it was so terrible. After she'd claimed all along it had ability and would turn out to be a reasonable horse. It took them 3 years to reach this conclusion - 3 years of her inflated training fees with no realistic opportunity for a ROI.
I also don't like the conflict of interest with her husband and son being bookmakers and how short some of her horses are that get beat, then turn their form around when nobody backs them.
So yeah, I'm not a fan. Love watching her horses all get beaten in Melbourne this spring. Fat Al will be next when it runs nowhere in the emirates on Saturday week.
