The all new Front Row Forums

Finally, we have got our new forums up and running at leagueunlimited and they are a lot better than what we had. I'm not asking anyone to join because I was howled down last time I did but I was just after some constructive feedback on the look and feel of the new forums. There is no better place to find a critic than right here.

I'm expecting El Duque and Bronco to fire off the first criticisms.

Hermy, mine shows up as blue. No purple I can see except for the folders but I expect we can change that setting easily enough. The main blue in the forums is a bit brighter than the blue we have used for the rest of the site.

Ok, I'll see if we can get the colour changed. We also have a ranking system so I'd like to hear thoughts on what would be an interesting way to rank the members i.e military rankings etc...

I quite like the fact that it is incorporated into the rest of the site. It makes navigation a lot easier.

Ok, ranking system is scrapped.

Joe, yes you have to sign up again because these forums are brand new and we have fully discarded the old forums. Way toomany bugs.

Kaon, I agree. I think it makes it easier to navigateand once you open up the forums, the page is actually bigger and takes up almost the entire page. people can also go to each other section of the site straight from the forums which is good.A link in the header is not enough IMO.

Kaon.. well noted. That was the idea before and again now. Keepthe forumwithin the confnes of the site and everyone benefits.

Bronco, I think the colour scheme is easily changed. Put your hand up as an admin typeEXECUTIVE guy (I love the word executive now, especially in caps) and we might even give you the keys.

Bronco, scrolling issue has been fixed. Not sure on the password issue though. all psots I have made have never required me to login more than once.
