The Amazing Josh Hannay

I hated him as a player.
He was rank average and l was super unimpressed when we signed him.
Cheered when sticky sent him to gymea.

When l heard he was a 2IC at cowboys l figured he would bring the same to that side of the game.
So when Greenie got punted and the cows actually got worse when hannay took over l wasnt surprised.

I let out an audible "Oh Pfhark No!" when l heard he was coming here.

Now its no secret our defence was less than useless last season and the turn around this year has been staggering - bar a few lapses at different stages. But no teams perfeck.
Ive read on here that apparently hannay is our defence coach.
That would make sense because bomber couldnt put a fix on it last year and its only changed since hannay arrived and if so...maybe the guy can coach.
Maybe the guy makes a difference.
Maybe...we improve.

Spoke very well tonight. Straight down the line and wasn’t afraid to call out the dumb plays that cost us the game tonight from Jack Williams and Jesse Ramien. I like it. Hopefully it sets some standards moving forward.

They turned up and played the best lve seen them play in a long time.

Blokes had had their best games in a long time - Hiroti. Ramien. Moylan. BHU. Tracey.
Wilton, Toby and kennedy were great for 80 mins.
Talekai - great return.
I never notice nikora anymore. Last night he had 2 memeorable plays. The safiti try saver on the 10 m line and ran a great line for a try. Played harder than he has for 15 months.
They turned up well prepared to play.

Woods and Tolman. Meh. Every drop of juice has been squeezed from those lemons. Theres nothing to see there.
