It just doesn't seem right to me, that we get such an easy path. Doesn't mean i wont strongly consider going to Germany for the World Cup if we get there.
But I wonder if a few of those South East Asian nations might look to defecting to Oceania, ie push FIFA into altering the boundaries. If they added Indonesia, Malaysia, Phillipines, Singapore and Thailand, nations of great potential but little qualifying succcess to Oceania, then I think it would suddenly look a lot fairer. It would also give soccer Australia a chance to make some money on home ties, and match harden our team prior to the world cup finals.
