he was bloody impressive in those few mins he did manage to make it out on the field :lol: but needs alot of work to get the best out of him.

At least you see it properly. Some people think his fitness will improve over night. Alex Chan is a good player he just needs to get suspended less. McFadden was a waste. Let me ask you whilst he didnt play first grade who did he play for?

He spent 90% of 2003 injured, but when he wasn't he played for Norths Devils, Melbourne's feeder club.

In 2004 he probably played about 10 games for the Devils (and apparntly his form wasn't too bad) and 3 for Melbourne.

So to summerise, in his 2 year contract he missed more tackles than he played matches.

that you do....

he obviously has some talent but is not up to the requirements of NRL. people keep talking about his fitness and how he will improve it....he has been in the NRL for 2 years now, undergone one major offseason training regime and can still only produce very limited amounts of time on the field.

Chan is a very good player, i dont no how you can say he had a poor off season earl.
