I have no complaints about Arg joining the 3N comp. As they would be competitive but the PI team would get rogered much the same way Italy has in the 6N.

If a PI team had access to all their overseas players they would be very competitive. Samoa on their own would be a force to be reckoned with, provided their overseas-based players were in the team. But that won't happen in the near future, unfortunately.

The biggest problem with a PI team is that the island nations bring in no revenue, either from sponsors or television. None, zero, zilch.
