As will always happen when an Origin Series loss is registered, an extensive analysis of the positive and the negative is undertaken. How extensive, will determine whether progress is made or the usual process of beating a dead horse is undergone. So, is the usual beating of the horse underway again? Can it ever derive any benefit? Does it ever profit those who undertake it? There is a smidgen of clear thinking in the following but a mountain of grasping at straws also:

Yep. Our secret is out. Earwax and navel lint are what makes a great Origin player.
