I initially started this thread so I wouldn't mind posing another question to you all. I have had a play with the ladder predictor on the NRL website and I think we are going to end up on the same amount of points as the Warriors (28 by my reckoning if we can beat the Roosters). There is a real chance we will miss the 8.
A few years ago Sheens said he'd walk away if we failed to make the 8. Bearing in mind we were favourites for this season before a ball was kicked, missing the 8 (should it happen) must be seen as a failure therefore he should again honour that statement. I accept we have had problems losing Ellis but our problems go way deeper than that. He is stale in his ideas, his selections are mind boggling and his failure to get the best out of players can clearly be seen.
We will probably win the next half dozen games and he will prove me wrong(God I hope so) but sadly I don't think that is going to happen. Frankly he is on the nose as much as Blair is at the moment.
