But he's the top ranked loser ink!
What a disgrace. You fair weather supporter.
no just got good memories!hahaDragons trolls are a bitter bunch ...
tenth spot even bigger loser!Hahaha....celebrating 9th spot, what a loser
Humble was fantastic again in state cup today , man of the match again id say. I cant believe he is released before Moltzen , he really is a brilliant player.
What do u call opurtunity? half a game here or there or given time to settle in with the team. IF you are trying to say if Meaney was played at fullback as many game as Meltzen he wouldnt have done a far superior job you must be very easily pleased. I know some may say its only state cup but you can also look at it in reverse and consider what impact Moltzen would have playing there... He would get smashed in my opinion.
I think he was hard done by as well but I think he suits the halves more than any other position.
I know it is too late now but if a so called 'super coach' in fact the Australian coach, gave Humble 3 or 4 chances to build up a combination with Marshall, it could have worked.I don't think Humble is a world beater or even a long term option at 7, but he didn't do much wrong when he played halfback yet was then dropped without a trace.
Even if you don't think much of Humble as a player, he is a better option in the halves than Ayshford, Lawrence, Fulton and even Farah. Anyone who disagrees is simply lying to themselves or clearly isn't watching the same game I am.
This is what I don't get about Sheens using injuries as an excuse. We only had one injury in the halves all year (Sironen) yet he went through about 37 halves combinations when Humble was fit all year.
IMO Humble is no worse than Kris Keating and he's playing in a grand final this weekend, for f**ks sake.
And remember, he wasn't allowed to settle into one position, he always came in to cover someone different, just like Brown, wing, centre, fullback. What do u call opurtunity? half a game here or there or given time to settle in with the team.
If anyone happened to read the Sunday Telegraph yesterday they had a small bit on us trying to recruit Michael Jennings. We were looking at Penrith chipping in some of the contract, which seemed strange considering we are under huge cap pressure already.
Thoughts?
In relation to player issues, it is with regret that I confirm to you that Chris Heighington will be leaving the Club.
As sometimes happens in professional sport, Chris received a very generous offer from a rival Club.
After considering his options, Chris requested a release from the final year of his Wests Tigers contract in order to accept this offer. Out of respect for Chris and everything he has done for our Club, we decided to grant him his request.
Chris has been an outstanding Clubman, very popular amongst his team-mates as well as our Members and we will all miss him dearly.
I can also confirm that Beau Ryan has advised us that he will be joining the Cronulla Sharks from 2013.
We were surprised and disappointed to hear of Beaus decision. It certainly wasnt our preference. Beau knows that we wanted him at our Club for the next three years but ultimately he has made his decision. We thank him for his whole hearted commitment and contribution to Wests Tigers.
We wish Chris and Beau every success for the next phase of their respective careers.
I wonder if he was surprised to hear Beau say that the Tigers didn't come back to him?We were surprised and disappointed to hear of Beaus decision
