Anyone seen this yet?

I watched it last night, man I really enjoyed it. I dunno if it's coz I recently had a son or what but it made me pretty emotional too, can't remember the last time this happened to me watching a movie. The concept of someone growing young and living alienated from everyone else is quite sad, definitely worth watching IMO

I thought it was amazing.

It flowed so seamlessly for a movie on for 2 1/2 hours. It just hooked me in from the start and it mixed in some very funny moments with the emotion of it all very well.

Pitt and Blanchett were awesome, too.

Great movie - and Blanchett showed she can carry off any role.
She is the best actress in the world at the moment.

I just cant bring myself to see any movie that has that freaking ridiculous "inspirational" music in its trailer.

Twas good. Not great or anything. I read the short story years ago and all I could really remember were the freak elements like he could talk and walk when born. So it's good they made it a bit more believable and they changed the time it was set.

letterman:

Brad pitt's character in the movie has a condition that makes him age in reverse. At the end he is adopted by angelina jolie.

Good one

Saw this last week. Very clever piece of film-making and reminded me a lot of Forrest Gump (and not just the quaint southern accents). One of the best movies I've seen for a long time.

Probably wont see it, not a fan of emotional films, brad pitt or blanchett.

But from all accounts its a decent watch, which is good to see, compared to the other crap on the big screen atm.

Tip: Go and see mickey rourke in the Wrestler when its released. Awesome film.

More believable??

The bloke was born an old man and gets younger with each year. I'm not sure him being able to walk or talk at birth is really the deal breaker on believability with this story....
