There is no one in the market for 2025

Trust us at the roosters, we had to get f**king Townsend for depth.

Signings for 2026 could be very interesting with the contract statuses of Moses and Brown
That's coz you look at the wrong clubs for depth, only need to look at the cap squeeze at the sharks to see where you can get an absolute rising star, if I was going to market for a depth half, it would be there, that Atkinson kid is ready for 1st grade, or at least back up half, 1000 times more upside on the Chad, Luke metcalf was another one the warriors snapped up, now tricky trindle has the spotlight

Easts are more about the flash than substance, they've lacked substance the day Boyd Cordner retired, since then just bought they flashiest Lego pieces to plug into the globe-trotter roster, gonna start calling them the Harlem Rosters from now on... even the women's team is now stacked, they had no excuse to not win yesterday

100% Cordner lead by example and was the heart and soul of the club. He was to us what Yeo is to Penrith. Thing is, players like that aren’t easily replaceable and I’m not sure when the next one will come along

Correct but you guys keep looking to buy other puzzle pieces, instead of looking for a 2nd rower like he was, what has Mitch Barnett done wrong that he wouldn't have fit the Roosters way? he went to warriors, coz they hand picked him from the knights when he was off contract, while you guys are chasing Cheese Smith, and Dominic young, and that Neanderthal Fafita, which you would have punted you most dangerous weapon of a player in Angus Crighton, just buying bunch of useless flashy players that give away more penalties, than win you games, the Roosters way.
... slowly deterioration into becoming the Eels of the east, zero effort, skiing downhill, and capitulating against any team in form

Gus wanted to go to rugby but yeh, that whole saga especially with Fifita was handled poorly. Cheese is a symptom of another club stalwart we haven’t adequately replaced, Friend.

Is Atkinson available for 2025?

The answer is no which makes your post irrelevant because I was specifically referring to next year.

Remember when opposition fans told us how shit cords is?

Now he is the reason we don't win comps lol

Congrats Panfers and their fans

Penrith Panthers have become the first team since St George (1956-1966) to claim four consecutive titles.

Great achievement

Dragons won their fourth in 1959. So the Panthers have broken a 65 year drought of winning 4 in a row. Parra were close to doing it in '84.

Leadership vacuums are a massively overlooked trapping for clubs.

At least yours retired because he wanted to be able to still put coherent sentences together when he's older.

We sent ours to Brisbane to revive a club and play another Grand Final.
It's only worse now with JWH gone.

Teddy is the only leader we have now and the next generation of leaders needs to step up.

I'm looking at Lindsay Collins for next season. He really needs to transfer his origin form to the club scene and lead this pack.

he might be right if cleary gets injured who did u's buy to replace Luai???
it wont matter though penrith probley have 2 world class junior halfs waiting to take the next step
Blaze Talagi looks to have a crack at 6 for us next year. Very talented attacking player, needs lots of work on defence. If we could turn Alamoti into a first class defender, we can do it with Blaze. Besides him, we have Dane Laurie, Jack Cole and Brad Schneider as next cabs off the rank. Not a bad place to be. We don't really "replace" players, as Laui, Turuva and Fisher-Harris have unique skillsets, and are hard to replace. The key is to adjust our team with the players we develop or bring in. Has worked for 4 premierships in a row so far.
