These builders who took over from Bluestar (or whoever they were called) should be hung up and quartered, same as whomever was in control from our side during negotiations.

LICENSED CLUB – SHARKS LEAGUES CLUB
It’s with extreme disappointment that we continue to
wait for our Leagues Club lot to be handed back by the developer so we can commence our long-overdue fit-out. Frustratingly, there was again little progress made on
the site in 2024. However, we are optimistic that major milestones are imminent, allowing us to finally chart a clear path to a Club opening date.
The process has been drawn out given the complexity of the site and our efforts to ensure the Club is protected from a legal point of view. Rest assured, we continue to pursue all available options to get our Leagues Club lot returned so we can commence our own fit-out however in doing so will always protect our Club on behalf of Members.
We sincerely appreciate the patience and loyalty of our Members throughout what’s been a challenging period. We anticipate that we will soon be able to deliver exciting news and move forward to a bright futur

That’s my guess but there’s way to resolve this you’d think pretty easily.

I do know there was issues with leaks etc in the shopping centre

Workmanship in this country has gone to total shyte. The building game at the big end has become very dodgy.

If anyone saw the 60 minutes story of what has been happening in major building sites in Melbourne it is more than alarming.

Governments do nothing to stop it. Even in their own projects!!!

Crime is prospering at an alarming rate in Australia.
