Yes the Sharks own it.Do the Sharks even actually own the Leagues Club? Are Bluestone the owners?

NOVM are I'm pretty sure. When I looked into them ages ago I got that sick feeling that we were gunna get bent over. What the phuque part does Aoyuan International play in all this? Are we owned by China?

"Amicable "
There was no reason to say this. Whenever it is said it nearly always means the opposite.
Now Our Vaginas Must Stinki really reckon its time to start badgering these NOVMS.
Yeah that's what I saw a year back. Then looked at their history. Unfortunately the club had no say in Bluestone handing it over.Headed up by Adrian Liaw, Cindy Chen and Jessie Wu with a couple of token Aussies
DCE vs Manlyofcourse.
if it was a good relationship, you would say good.
Parting company with and employer, breaking up with someone after a long relationship which died out or maybe your next door neighbour starts his lawn mower on a Sunday morning at 700am - all possibly amicable…"Amicable "

If the relationship with the developer is amicable what is the relationship like with the fans?
We are the demountable toilets outside the back of the ET stand - shat and pissed on week after week and now year after year, like it doesn’t really matter as we will keep turning up.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.
See you all Saturday night….

Appreciate the offer but I’ll be on the downhill slide pre game after sipping and tipping jars in the inner east of the city from midday.Care to join myself and some other notables at the walking beer distance place?
We seem to maxing out capacity so not sure people are getting restless and given how many sell outs we have with reduced capacity fair to say we would be getting more people in.If the masses are starting to get restless it may be soon. Can't keep just putting out half arsed and vague statements about fit outs and handovers.
When we got that cheque way back in 2012? to keep the club afloat we obviously had no bargaining power what so ever so probably just agreed to anything to get that quick cash injection.
SurvivalHow much money did the club actually get out of all this development
