There is one issue between us and the developer. One. Use your brains and look at the entire development and think about how we are responsible for the fitout and what that means. Everything else is done. What could it be? Go back to the issue last year over ownership of a certain section. I'm certain the apartments are done. The shops itself are done. There is no work going on there. Remember we "own" the club inside a development.

All in all I find the LC stuff tiresome. We are profitable on grants alone with a shit ton of investments and money in the bank. I want it done so I can go visit but this isn't the world of 2018. However get it sorted and move the f**k on.

Something would be better than nothing, which currently is a wasteland above the Peter Burns stand. Eyesore like pinkeye. A group of the unfortunate down trodden street dwellers could be living up there by the look of it.

Anyone here been involved in construction?
There's always "Stages"
One Stage cannot be started until the one before has been completed.
There will be many Stages in a build.
Every other Stage is complete in this project,
or is it?

Can I be any clearer before transparency sets in......
