Maybe I am one of few who didn't see him as a real Eel. Unsure why. He has been at so many other clubs. He did give his all tho which was great. His first year here was awesome.

@hindy111 If a player gives his all during his tenure at our club, then in my book that makes him an Eel no matter where he comes from.

And Fergilicious definitely gave his all and had a massive smile on his face while doing it. I don't think anyone can dislike the guy if he is playing for your club. Great club man. I wish we had him earlier in his career. But I am grateful for the time we had him and I'm sure he will now always have a soft spot for us Eels.

Good luck Fergo and may your future always be positive and bright and thanks for the memories.

I loved them, cheers.

Fergo was part of the successful Roosters Premiership side, and SOO and I'd say he brought that 'winner' attitude over, and was great for the Eels. Great returning the ball, finishing off tries. Not sure if it was all his fault, but a lot of tries scored on his side. Wouldn't have minded him backing up for another season, but not devasted that he's gone.
