Anyone know why they've done the NRLW magic round up against a full round of NRL? I mean yes Knights have a bye in the NRL that week but I would have thought it'd be better up against an Origin affected dud weekend of men's games.

edit: was pointed out to me that only RD1 is before men's origin which isn't ideal.

Am I missing something?

With the State comps aligned, NRLW squad members who don't play rep football and whose teams don't make the play-offs, will play a maximum of 11 games in 2025.

Quite surprised to see Steelers finishing 9th on the Lisa Fiaola ladder.

Is this a sign that more areas have caught up with the Illawarra in female junior RL development?

Eels v Roosters in both Tarsha Gale and Lisa Fiaola Grand Finals.

Sounds an extraordinary Bulldogs v Eels LF Prelim.

Scores level at 20-20 after 20 minutes. Then 20-22 after 27 minutes. Scoreless second half. Full time 20-22.

Surprised to see Bulldogs miss out on both TG and LF.
I also thought Illawarra were specials in TG too.

From what I hear there are "attitude" issues with the LF team in 9th
