South Brisbane won't affect dolphins
You are correct. It really won’t.

The biggest challenge right now in SQLD based NRL is ensuring the Frizelle’s get the best out of their complete ownership of the Titans. How the business looks in 2-3 years time and fixing some of the back of house issues which have plagued the club.

Phins are fine. If anything they are craving more local competition. Only increases interest and therefore profits across the SQld NRL board. It’s only positives. There’s commercial opportunities galore. Enough fan interest.

Junior wise; SQLD can support more teams, the 3 clubs cannot compartmentalise all the areas as is. Hence clubs like Roosters and Warriors seeing opportunities to move in. Souths too if you count their current deal with Keebra.

I can’t explain their behaviour …I’m the one questioning it
Well. Let's say they're a potential tenant in 5 years. Will acting super eger to play their get them a cheaper agreement?
I would say it almost guarantees they pay a premium.. that one motive.
Another would be that wealthy, successful, very busy businessman don't wander around construction sites unless they own the bloody building lol

Until dolphins average at least 30k it’s way too premature

Why would you want to dilute what could be broncos mark 2 ?

And yeh more derbies will help the dolphins I get that

So you're Ben Ikin or someone high up in QLD RL HQ. you have a clear objective to get as many QLD based teams in the NRL as possible.
This is not an objective view.

Why just meet with the Orcas though ,,,,?

Endacott has had quite a history with the game …he isn’t some bum … Personally I can understand some reluctance about meeting Moffett ..he is loose
Graham Lowe obviously has way more gravitas in league circles than Moffatt or endscott as coach of manly and qld

There was a kiwi on the nz2 thread who was saying the orcas bid is genuine and the people behind it are all rich local businessmen

I favoured Moffatt and the kea

I think if and hopefully when a team from Christchurch comes in, Endacott will have a role … board member at least …he is a bit of a legend on the area

anyway … I’m moving on now …

No, I want to see the Jets representing a big part of SEQLD that’s growing year on year added.

I also want to see NZ 2 and Adelaide (at some point) added as well.

Jets based at Springfield in Ipswich council so can keep name, but close to Logan. To the south of that base is sprawling population growth
