Trying to plan my next few brews.
I am due to make another stout, plan on just throwing down my regular oatmeal stout, probably hopped with Columbus. I still have a lot of my vanilla stout and by the time I finish that this should be good to go. Also want to enter some beers into the Ipswich show.
Next one I am going to do will be a first for me. Going to try a wheat beer. I am thinking of starting out with an American wheat just to get a feel for it and have something not too overpowering, plus I have centennial on hand to use up. If I like that, I'll throw down a German wheat beer closer to winter when I get some European hops for lagers.
Any of you guys have a go to wheat beer grain bill?
