I not gunna bag Kimmorley 'cause he gives it all every week & I always coach to my U'9 team to try your best.

But the fact remains, he doesn't really cut in anymore....he's got bugger all on the likes of Thurston, Cronk, Prince, Orford, Farrah, Mullen, Carney etc

I reckon that although it may hurt a bit now, we will ultimately benefit from having a young & enthusiastic halves combo on the park.

Lets just see how we go...when Kimmorley is fit, we might have to fit him in the team. i.e Hooker

It's all up to Bird, Watts and Kearney now. Nothing we can do but hope they have blinders in their selective positions while he's out.

Looking forward to this sunday.

Exactly...let's see what happens....some fresh, keen faces.

We need more spark in our halves....harsh but true.

I been away for a few days and have made no comment since SOO3.

I'm easily one of his biggest critics on here.........But even I shocked how ineffective he was last Wed nite.
He was way out his depth at that level.
Way out.

The blues score 19 points in game 1.
He takes over the 7 shirt in game 2 (with a supposedly stronger team) and cannot manufacture a try to save his life. We score 6 points off a pushover try from the fullback.
He gets the gig again in game 3 and once again cannot steer anyone anywhere near a hole. The fullback continually creates breaks down the left side, but the halfback's error riddled game is keeping a weakened QLD in the hunt. Even Greg Bird the 5/8 - who doesn't play the position for his club - is having 10 times the effect in regard to playmaking compared to Noddy.

Noddy's career hit it's peak pre-2000. It has been declining down the other side for some time now.
In the past 5 - 6 weeks (especially since the Rorters game) it has picked up pace to the point where it is about to crash and flatline.

Your under 9 halfback doesn't get paid 400 grand a year. We're paying him to do more than try his best. Bag away, he deserves it.

Yeah Kimmorley past it, so is Dykes. But having watched some premier league I'm not getting excited about the replacements, and our prospects for the rest of the season.

If I was Dudley Moore I'd want to blow a raspberry and wake from this nightmare of a season.
