I was running.. When you run too much and push yourself lactic acid builds up in ur muscles... Its the thing that causes soreness when u wake up the next morning

You can fix that by warming up and warming down, i'm rarely sore after exercise the next morning.

C'mon people think about it.

Mate, the most pushing i'm gonna do is when i'm sitting on the dunny tomorrow morning removing the 10 pounds of fat i ate for dinner.
