328, 329 & 330 have all been put on sale, with some solid movement on Level 3.

A number of seats in the corner bays in the TV arc on the ground level are no longer available. Not sure if it's been off the back of good sales or something else, but guaranteed they'll be pretty full come game day.

Seen some of the PCRL clubs are pushing offers now (4 tickets for 99.99) which will hopefully help kick off a surge this month.

From a revenue perspective, NRL is on track to make significantly more this year than last. Not only have more tickets been moved, but the price points have been higher as well.

Nrl pushing out the marketing to Aussies

Are they sending players over before hand to promote it like last year

Should be pushing sales in Vegas itself now to locals

The NRL has been running promotions in Vegas regularly for the past 6 months at least, so I'm not sure if there is huge value in trying to do much more locally until closer to the event where you can also grab the attention of visitors at the same time.

The better markets for them to be targeting a month out are the likes of LA, SF, Salt Lake City & Phoenix, where you might be able to get someone who is planning a Vegas trip to add on the NRL events.

RSL and other clubs to have Vegas parties for fans to go and watch the games

So much better than the season launch they used to have
Here's the list of 22 locations where they'll be holding Vegas Special Event Hubs https://yourlocalclub.com.au/#specialeventhubs

Getting the other 1,300+ clubs also helping to run events and push the season kick off is a nice way of helping drive attention around it over here. Doesn't necessarily help TV ratings, but still all awareness is good.

The season launch at Vegas will be something that can turn into another premium event which the nrl can get the premium rate from bookies

I thought for ages the nrl should make the first game of the season a huge event (I thought playing the grand final rematch at Homebush at round zero) which gets the season off with a bang

Getting the events into rsl and other clubs will get a lot of lapsed or casual fans more engaged with the sport

The seats in the TV arc have been put back on sale at a reduced price. Should hopefully see these sell a bit quicker now.

The NRL has experienced a surge in ticket sales in the US for the Las Vegas season-opener in a sign that rugby league is slowly but surely getting traction in the world’s biggest sporting market.

"More than 25 per cent of the 35,000 tickets sold have been bought by US-based fans. Tickets have been sold in all 50 US states."

“The interest in the US has increased significantly, which is all part of our long-term strategy,” said NRL chief executive Andrew Abdo.

“It’s very encouraging. We already have more US-based fans coming to Allegiant Stadium than last year, and we’re expecting many more in the final few weeks leading up to the event.”

The NRL hopes to attract 50,000 fans to the event.

LAS VEGAS TICKET SALES BY STATE

California 20%
Nevada 12%
Florida 7%
Texas 7%
New York 5%
Utah 4%
Arizona 4%
Illinois 3%
Washington 3%
North Carolina 2%

---------------------------------------
Another source claiming 35k mark has been hit. 8750+ (25%) of the 35k sold in the US Market. Should get up to 40-50% towards the event. On track for bang on 50k currently. Any extra marketing in the US market could see this boosted to 55-60k.
