Don’t think there’s many hookers in the stadiumA lot cheaper than in a stadium
IndividualCan’t remember what happened last year. Will they announce a crowd for each game? Or just one peak crowd number at the end?
You enjoying games where the players can catch the ball and kick straight ?Will the NRL do a WWE and count stadium staff in the crowd figures to get that dismal crowd number up? No where near 50k.
Would be better doing London in April. 9 hour difference is more manageable than 11.
Should play pre season games there and country areas plus nz v Sydney groundsBiggest opposition to doing England mid-season would be the clubs but maybe they’d be more open to it these days if the planning and compensation is right. If the teams involved could play Wednesday or Thursday the round before then a have bye the week after that would give them breathing space either side of a UK game.
As far as playing internationally an annual ‘NRL Pacific’ game would be cool, not a big money maker but it’d be a nice tie in with the Pacific program.
